Fireworks

We spent the entire 4th of July weekend hanging out at Ray's Mom and Dad's swimming, eating, and drinking (pictures to come in a different post). On Sunday we went to Koenig Park to watch the fireworks. I did some reading in my books, and put my camera on a tripod and my own manual settings (scary, scary!), and tried to get pictures of the fireworks. So, if you didn't get to see any, pretend you hear alot of booming as you look at my pictures! (which look so much better when enlarged) ;-)

Since it was pretty hot and fairly windless, the smoke started to become a problem...

I kind of like these last two because they look like flowers to me...

Of course, I took many, many more pictures, but I thought these were the better of the ones I took.
