Happy 2010!

Last night Mike and Liza (and their kids) and Ray's mom and dad came over to ring in the new year. Of course, we played a lot of Wii.

Both Mike and Liza were hesitant to try Guitar Hero, but once they did they were hooked.

The kids ran around playing different games while we adults monopolized the Wii. At one point, we couldn't find Hannah or Denise; they were playing in Hannah's "clubhouse" (aka the closet under the steps).

Emily and I took pictures of ourselves...

Last year I tried to participate in Project 365. That's where you take a picture a day to document your life. I think I lasted, oh, 3 days. I'm going to try to do it again this year.

My very first picture of 2010 was taken exactly at midnight:

I think this one of Dick Clark came first (at least that's how it was loaded on my camera)

but I like the one with the fireworks better, so that is what I am using as POTD (picture of the day) #1.

Now, let's see if I can take 364 more!
