Emily's face says it all...4th of July this year was a bust. No fireworks. No swimming. No picnic. Just rain.
We sat under a tarp at Ray's Mom and Dad's house all afternoon and watched the kids try to make the best of a sappy, gray day.
Not to mention the night ended with me having a spat with Ray's brother Mike (a family get-together just wouldn't be complete without one).
Oh well. At least we still have the rest of the summer to relax and enjoy ourselves!
